The Bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or any of its Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of any of Discord’s assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.

The materials on 5 Con Club’s (5CC) website and our discord chat bots are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. 5CC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, 5CC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website and discord chat bots or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Privacy Policy

Usage of Data

The bot may use stored data, as defined below, for different features including but not limited to command handling. No usage of data outside of the aformentioned cases will happen and the data is not shared with any 3rd-party site or service.

Stored Information

The bot may store the following information automatically when a channel is added to post mutations to:

• Server ID: Used to know which servers to post messages to.
• Server Name: Used for identification purposes during debugging.
• Channel ID: Used to know which channels to post messages to.
• Channel Name: Used for identification when removing a channel from posting.
• User ID: The numerical user ID of the user that added the channel. Used for identification purposes during debugging.
• Username: The display name of the user that added the channel. Used for identification purposes during debugging.

No other information outside of the above mentioned one will be stored.

Removal of Data

Automatic removal

Stored Data can be removed automatically through using the /manage command and removing the channels or by removing the bot from the server. This can be achieved by using the moderation features provided by Discord.

Manual removal

Manual removal of the data can be requested through the official Support Discord of the Bot. For security reasons will we ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the server, that you wish the data to be removed of. Only a server owner may request manual removal of data and requesting it will result in the bot being removed from the server, if still present on it.
